DAVID CARSON

David Carson serves as President of Plus Inc., bringing decades of leadership experience, business development expertise, and a deep commitment to helping organizations improve performance, reduce risk, and make smarter technology decisions.

As a multi-generational owner, David is focused not only on the continued growth of Plus Inc., but on strengthening the long-term legacy of the business through trusted relationships, operational excellence, and community impact. His leadership is grounded in practical problem-solving, strategic sales development, and a strong belief that sustainable business growth is built through consistency, service, and meaningful partnerships.

Deeply invested in the Upstate community, David is an active supporter of local organizations and a member of the Greenville City Center Rotary Club. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife, Gina, their seven children, and thirteen grandchildren.

Chief Operating Officer | Growth, Operations & Strategic Expansion
Joined Plus Inc. in 2025

Scott Columbia serves as Plus Inc’s Chief Operating Officer, leading operations, strategic growth, and business expansion as the company continues to evolve across print technology, workflow automation, and managed IT services. With an MBA from Strayer University and more than a decade of executive leadership experience in sales, operations, partnerships, and revenue growth, Scott brings a strong blend of operational discipline and relationship-driven leadership to the executive team. Prior to joining Plus Inc, he held leadership roles with KATANA Safety and Greenville Triumph & Liberty Soccer.

Beyond business, Scott is a proven leader in the community. As Head Varsity Soccer Coach at Riverside High School, he led the program to five consecutive South Carolina State Championships and was named South Carolina Coach of the Year in 2023. His leadership helped foster a culture of discipline, accountability, and excellence—values he brings to Plus Inc every day.

Scott’s connection to Plus Inc is also personal, through his son, Will, who previously worked within our company. Today, he is focused on scaling the business thoughtfully, strengthening operations, and delivering exceptional client experiences throughout the Upstate and beyond.

Chief Financial Officer

Julie brings a variety of business knowledge and experience to the Plus Inc. team.  Julie received her MBA from Davenport University in Merrillville Indiana.  Over the years she has held many positions all related to finance, including banking, brokerage/insurance, public accounting and tax preparation before joining the private sector as a Controller.  In her role as Controller she has worked in manufacturing, food and automotive industries in addition to IT.  Julie enjoys spending time with her husband and four grown children.  Julie is a native of Chicago and moved to South Carolina in 2012.  Although she is not a native to the area,  her two daughters attend the University of South Carolina, one of which is in the Marching Band.  Julie has become an avid Gamecocks Fan.

Lizzy Cathcart represents the third generation of leadership at Plus Inc., bringing a fresh perspective and steadfast commitment to customer success. A Clemson University graduate with a strong background in sales and marketing, Lizzy seamlessly blends tradition with innovation as a Legacy Account Manager. Known for her down-to-earth leadership and fearless problem-solving, Lizzy is a driving force behind Plus Inc.’s customer experience and long-term client relationships.

Her positive energy, attention to detail, and passion for service make her a trusted partner for clients and an invaluable leader within the organization. Outside of work, Lizzy enjoys staying active, spending time with her husband, Austin, and their goldendoodles, Piper and Maui, and cheering on the Clemson Tigers.

FRANK GONZALEZ

Frank Gonzalez brings nearly four decades of experience in the business technology and imaging industry, with deep expertise in office technology, networked business solutions, and high-performance print production environments.

Frank began his career in 1986 with Konica Business Machines in Detroit before being promoted and relocated to Greenville in 1995. He joined Plus Inc. in 1997 as Computer Support Manager and became a partner in the business in 1998. His background provides a rare combination of technical infrastructure knowledge, leadership experience, and practical understanding of how organizations evaluate and implement business technology solutions.

Frank specializes in advanced print production environments, including wide-format systems, high-volume production print, and specialty imaging solutions. He works closely with organizations that require scalable, high-performance output solutions aligned with operational demands, workflow efficiency, and long-term business goals.

Outside of his day-to-day work, Frank remains focused on the continued growth of Plus Inc. and helping clients implement practical solutions that support business performance.

Chris is the son of the founder of the company, the late Herb Carson. Chris brings over 30 years of experience in office technology to his position. He ensures the prompt delivery of all technology and supplies to customers and assists with daily task of receiving and stocking the warehouse.

Ashley Hyatt brings more than 15 years of experience in business development, sales, and relationship management, with a strong background in business technology and helping organizations identify practical solutions that support efficiency and growth.

She works closely with clients to understand operational needs, streamline decision-making, and align the right strategies and technologies to support day-to-day business performance. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys painting, interior decorating, and spending time outdoors with her husband, Corey.

Jon Rodgers brings more than 40 years of experience in the office technology industry, with a career built around helping organizations make practical, informed decisions that support long-term business success. As a former owner of a local office technology dealership prior to joining Plus Inc., Jon offers a rare combination of entrepreneurial leadership, technical industry expertise, and deep understanding of client operations.

His consultative approach is rooted in relationship development, thoughtful diagnosis, and aligning the right solutions for each organization’s unique needs. Jon has extensive experience supporting local businesses, churches, and nonprofit organizations, helping them navigate technology decisions with clarity, confidence, and long-term perspective.

Outside of work, Jon enjoys spending time with his family, including his four grandchildren, fishing with his son Philip, visiting his daughters, and time with his Labradoodles.

Every successful organization has people working behind the scenes who quietly keep everything moving forward. At Plus Inc, Kimberely Reynolds is one of those people.

Since joining Plus Inc in 2016, Kimberely has become an essential part of the client experience—supporting equipment implementation, testing, customer training, account support, and internal operations with exceptional consistency, technical knowledge, and professionalism. She plays a critical role in helping ensure projects launch smoothly, clients feel confident in their solutions, and our team has the support needed to deliver at a high level.

Before joining Plus Inc, Kimberely spent 16 years at Walt Disney World, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service, operational excellence, and creating exceptional experiences—qualities that continue to define her work today. Originally from Kissimmee, Florida, Kimberely moved to Greenville in 2014 and brings the same competitive spirit she developed through 26 years of playing and coaching soccer into everything she does. She and her husband, Seth, are proud parents to their energetic daughter, and when she’s not supporting clients, you’ll likely find her cheering on the Florida Gators or Dallas Cowboys.

A U.S. Army veteran, University of Tennessee graduate with a background in biochemistry, and co-founder of Smiley’s, Mike takes a practical, people-first approach to business.

Outside of work, Mike is deeply family-oriented and enjoys golf, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and spending time outdoors with his wife, their four rescue dogs, and their growing family.

Michael Gosnell brings extensive hands-on experience in office technology, service operations, and workflow support, with a career rooted in technical expertise and customer problem-solving. After studying Computer Science, Michael entered the industry as a copier technician, building a strong foundation in servicing general office equipment, production print systems, and wide-format solutions.

Today, he applies that technical knowledge to help support clients and internal teams in aligning copier technology, IT solutions, and workflow needs to improve operational efficiency and day-to-day performance. His practical understanding of both equipment and infrastructure makes him a valuable resource in helping organizations integrate the right solutions into their business operations. Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, along with his interests in drumming, photography, and sports.

Sam Wilder brings a strong background in business development and client relationship management, with experience building corporate partnerships and supporting business growth in the Greenville market. Before joining Plus, Inc., he spent years with Greenville Triumph, where he specialized in corporate partnership development and client engagement.

A Greenville native and graduate of North Greenville University with a degree in Sports Management, Sam brings a relationship-driven approach to helping organizations identify practical solutions that support their business goals. His understanding of the local business community and focus on long-term partnerships align naturally with Plus Inc.’s consultative approach.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs, following sports, and playing disc golf.

Some of the most important leaders in any organization are not the loudest voices—they are the ones creating stability, consistency, and trust behind the scenes. Kim is an integral part of the company’s operational foundation, bringing decades of expertise across administrative leadership, client implementation, sales support, and professional services coordination.

Today, Kim plays a critical role in keeping Plus Inc moving forward—supporting sales documentation, service coordination, equipment implementation preparation, client onboarding, and internal operational continuity. Simply put: Kim supports the teams that support our clients. Her reliability, attention to detail, and deep institutional knowledge help ensure projects move smoothly and the Plus Inc experience remains seamless from start to finish.

When she’s not at work, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends. At Plus Inc, success is built on dedicated professionals like Kim who quietly strengthen the organization every single day.

Amanda happily rejoined the Plus team in early 2023 after taking some time off to spend with her family. She is our Inventory Manager and returns with a wealth of industry knowledge. Although her passions rest in music and theatre she loves nothing more than being there to help others and looks forward to every day she gets to do that with the PLUS team.

Emily Piatek serves as a key part of the Plus Inc administrative team, helping support day-to-day operations while creating a professional and welcoming first experience for clients, partners, and visitors.

Originally from Vermont, Emily earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Nichols College in Massachusetts and began her career in real estate development and accounting, building a strong foundation in organization, communication, and business operations. As Front Desk Coordinator, she serves as an important first point of contact for Plus Inc., supporting internal administration while helping ensure a seamless experience for those interacting with the company.

Emily and her husband recently relocated to the Greenville area and have quickly embraced the community. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, exploring new places, and discovering local restaurants.

Robert is the IT Service Manager at Plus Inc. and was previously with Plus Inc. in the IT Department from 1998 to 2004. Robert has previously worked as the North American IT Infrastructure Manager for Draexlmaier Automotive N.A as well as serving in the U.S Navy. Robert’s responsibilities at Plus Inc. include putting together technology solutions to help our customers get the most out of their computer systems along with being able to bring hardware, software, wireless connectivity, security and backup solutions together in a package that will benefit the customer in achieving their business goals. Robert likes to spend time with his wife, Michelle, his three children and five grandchildren. His hobbies include cooking, cars, and genealogy.

Curtis Arrowood leads Plus Inc.’s service and technical support operations, bringing extensive experience in IT infrastructure, electronics, technical service leadership, and customer support.

Prior to joining Plus Inc., Curtis spent 14 years helping build and support the IT department for the Department of Disabilities and Special Needs, following nine years of service in the United States Navy as an Electronics Technician. His leadership reflects a practical, disciplined approach to service, operational readiness, and solving complex technical challenges.

Under Curtis’s leadership, Plus Inc.’s service team continues to be one of the company’s strongest differentiators, with more than 92 years of combined industry experience, over 1,000 technical certifications, and ongoing training across cybersecurity, compliance, and evolving business technologies. This commitment to service excellence contributed to Plus Inc. once again earning Konica Minolta’s Pro-Tech Service Certification for 2026—one of the industry’s most rigorous service recognitions.

Born and raised in Cowpens, South Carolina, Curtis enjoys spending time with his wife Christine of 31 years, their daughter Anna, and being outdoors fishing or hiking.

Darren came to South Carolina from Northern Minnesota with a stop in Wyoming. He started in the office machine business in 1987 in Wyoming. He moved to South Carolina in 1994, where he started at Plus Inc. He has worked in and been trained on all levels of equipment from desktop printers to larger production copiers. He loves to work with the public and living in South Carolina. He has an ever-evolving set of hobbies including winemaking, golfing, and even a small farm in Laurens. He is married to his wonderful wife, Susan, and has seven children and several grandchildren.

Barry gained a love for electronics from a young age as his father owns a TV Repair shop, Al’s TV, right here in Greenville. Barry got his start in the copier field in 2003 with Charlotte Copy Data and moved to the office in Greenville. The company was later bought out by Sharp USA where Barry specialized in Color Product Support and in that same year, Jon Rodgers was fortunate enough to have Barry work with his company, OfficePro Upstate. Barry resides in the Greenville area with his wife and 2 wonderful children.

Born and raised in Greenville SC, Doyie enlisted into the United States Army and served 8 years as a Quartermaster specializing in logistical operations. After leaving the Army, Doyie joined the United States Postal Service where he became a City Carrier Technician. Doyie has always been tech savvy. He attended ACI Learning Institute while living in Dallas, Texas where he completed their Computer User Support Specialist Program in 2023. He also graduated from Full Sail University with a degree in Music Production. Outside of work, Doyie enjoys riding his motorcycle, watching football and basketball, and volunteering at his Church

Christy has been in the printing business as an operator and technician for over 15 years; She enjoys the tinkering and puzzles that comes with the job. Outside of work Christy really enjoys reading a good book! She would also be considered a “cat lady” with her eight kitties at home. Christy and her family love lending help to the local rescues and doing their part when they can.   Between work and her two beautiful girls, she has a full heart and never a shortage of laughs!

With 35 years’ experience in the logistics industry working for United Parcel Service, Milton joined our Plus Inc family in December of 2020. His familiarity with Plus Inc began as early as 1985 when Plus Inc was part of his delivery route. Upon stepping away from the logistics industry, Milton joins our Plus Inc family bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise in delivery. Milton and his wife, Mary have been married 38 years and have 2 lovely daughters and 6 grandchildren. It is with great pride that 2 of Milton’s oldest grandsons are serving our country in the US Army. When not working, Milton enjoys landscaping and gardening and has ensured our greenery at Plus Inc always looks it’s best!  Raised in Greer and an active participant at the Willing Servant Ministries, Milton is always happy to assist and brings smiles to everyone he encounters.

Tom was born and raised in the Hudson Valley area of New York. He moved to South Carolina in 2022. Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from East Stroudsburg University. He is currently taking classes in Computer Technology and Networking at Spartanburg Community College. He joined Plus, Inc. after working 13 years in retail customer service and 6 years in the field of social work. Outside of work, Tom enjoys membership at his local church, going to the gym, listening to various podcasts, and spending time with loved ones.
